This Privacy Policy describes how GRRO Marketer (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the GRRO Marketer mobile application (“App”).
By using this App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Application Purpose
GRRO Marketer is a Marketer application that allows marketers to work independently with businesses listed on the GRRO platform.
Marketers use the App to:
- Submit business leads
- Collaborate with businesses through an administrator-managed system
- Track their activity and performance
This App is intended only for marketers, not business owners.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Profile information
- Profile photo uploaded by the user
- Role information (Marketer/Agent)
2.2 Contacts
The App allows users to select a contact using the device’s native system contact picker interface.
Only the contact information explicitly selected by the user is received by the App for lead submission.
The App does not access, read, store, or scan the user’s full contact list.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Enable lead submission and collaboration with businesses
- Display marketer activity and performance
- Maintain platform security and prevent misuse
- Improve App functionality and reliability
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Payments
The App does not process payments directly. Any earnings or commissions are handled manually outside the application.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data.
Data submitted by marketers (including leads and selected contact information) is shared only with associated business administrators and authorized team members.
Data may also be shared:
- When required by law
- To protect user and platform safety
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
7. Account Deletion
Marketers can delete their account at any time from within the App.
Upon deletion:
- Account access is permanently disabled
- Personal data is removed from active systems
- Certain records may be retained if legally required
8. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.
9. Children’s Privacy
This App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (such as cloud storage, analytics, and backend services including Firebase) strictly for operational and security purposes.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be reflected within the App or on this page.
12. Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information to improve app stability and performance. This data may include device information, app version, and error logs. No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected.
